About Kelsey, LCSW, CADC

Hey, I’m Kelsey. Therapist, fellow human, and someone who gets how overwhelming, messy, and just plain confusing life can be sometimes.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University in 2017 and my Bachelor’s in Psychology from DePaul University in 2014. I am also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). Since then, I’ve been working with teens, young adults, and adults to navigate everything from burnout and big transitions to addiction, codependency, grief, mood disorders, and healing from narcissistic relationships.

My approach? Relational, strengths-based, and totally centered on you. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. We’ll meet wherever you’re at - anxious, stuck, numb, unsure - and move at a pace that feels right. No pressure, no judgment.

Clinically, I’m trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR, CBT, and attachment-based therapy. That means we can get deep into your patterns, past experiences, and inner world in a way that’s both healing and empowering.

Whether you’re in crisis or just craving something more from your life and relationships, therapy with me is a space to unpack the hard stuff, make sense of what’s going on, and reconnect with your sense of self.

When I’m not in session, you can usually find me riding motorcycles, obsessing over all things Disney (yes, I’m proudly a Disney adult), hanging with my family, or on a never-ending quest to find the world’s best steak.
